MHWA Welcomes Scott Mingus to Huzzah! for presentation, book signings, and games!

Scott Mingus will be joining Huzzah! to present, "Flames Beyond Gettysburg: The Gordon Expedition and Pennsylvania's Response." This presentation and discussion will be based on his book by the same name. After the presentation, Scott will be available to sign copies of his books, which will be available for sale. Scott will also be running a 15mm Johnny Reb game at the convention. This will be a great opportunity to meet Scott, discuss American Civil War history, and even roll some dice!

from the book description on Amazon.com
"In late June, Confederate Brig. Gen. John B. Gordon led a vital expedition through south-central Pennsylvania with a goal of seizing the mile-long Colombia-Wrightsville Bridge over the Susquehanna River. Along the way, Gordon had to deal with hastily recruited and barely trained state emergency militia whose mission was to delay the Rebels for as long as possible and then deny them the use of the river crossing."
