Greetings to all game masters for Huzzah! We have had an incredible response of game submissions for Huzzah 2017. We cannot thank you enough for your efforts of planning and running fantastic games.

However; the recent surge in submissions may have exceeded our physical space and/or anticipated gamer attendance. We are working hard to fit as many of these recent submissions into the schedule as we can, but there is a chance that some may not be able to be added. Please hold off on any questions for the moment, and if there is difficulty with any submission, we will contact you directly.

In the meantime, we are still accepting submissions, but please be advised that we cannot guarantee that the game can be added. Submissions at this point will be on a waiting list and will be added as space and attendee pre-registrations allow.

The sheer number of game submissions is an incredible problem to have, and I thank all gamemasters who are already on the schedule. To help all these new submissions get added to the schedule, please help us with your patience while we work through this situation, and also spread the word of Huzzah! far and wide so that we can attract more attendees for your fantastic games.

Thank you all,

Michael
